Timor Leste 2013/09/23
Going in to Timor Leste as we passed through the Atambua checkpoint - Indonesian customs, immigration and quarantine post at Mota'ain by car.
The kid that carried our luggage asked for 1$ at first, Itin gave him 3$ in the end and he asked for another 1$ ≖‿≖
We accidentally met the off-road champions that just got back from Timor Leste going into Atambua, as we were about to cross the border
Taking picture with the champion and the trophy “ψ(`∇´)ψ
They said the the event is held every once a year
and we left our luggage on the road just like that ƪ(‾ε‾“)ʃ

Finally there (★^O^★) the statue is 88.6-foot-high (27.0 m), designed by Mochamad Syailillah (Bolil), took almost a year of working to create the body of the statue, which was fabricated by 30 workers in Sukaraja, Bandung. According to Ko Carlos' when they were making the upper part of the body, some of the workers slept on the palm of the statue.
