My mom made a dinner appointment to meet up with her sister Aunty Nancy and her family who live in San Jose. So we drove to Boiling Crab restaurant (of which Rania was craving for, at that time) in San Jose, to have a reunion dinner with them. each person was given a big plastic bib to wear.

The table was covered with thick wax paper because you're not going to be eating off plates. You'll be eating with your hands off the table.

We ordered shrimps, crawfish, king crab legs which were served in plastic bags laid out in front of us. They were completely soaked in The Boiling Crab's sauce called The Whole Sha-Bang! which combines their Rajun Cajun, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Butter sauces into one super spicy and yummy concoction. We also had the Fried Catfish Basket, crunchy outside and soft inside - sprinkled with lemon and dipped in the tartar sauce it's served with. and then I also tried some of my aunt's Cajun Hot Wings and my uncle's sweet potato fries which were also delicious (￣〜(≧Д≦)〜￣)

Rania had a meeting with her friends at Santana Row the upscale shopping, residential, dining and entertainment complex in San Jose. While waiting for Rania, my parents and I took a stroll and did some shopping there (￣▼￣)

We went to Chinatown to have dinner at Yuet Lee, a chinese restaurant known as a restaurant where Jackie Chan had his meal at. We ordered the fried oysters, the crispy fried intestines dipped in sweet sauce which were very delicious, sweet and sour pork, beef and veggies (￣３￣)=3
